Reserve and hold space
Make all necessary travel arrangements
Set-up payment arrangements per the Vendor/Supplier/Tour Operator terms
Collect payments and forward to the Vendor/Supplier/Tour Operator
Invoice and email receipts
Stay in close communication regarding reservation
